A timeline of additions, changes, fixes and security updates in every release. This page is kept in sync with the app.

v1.2.2

2026-10-02 · Clearer purchases and restores

Clearer purchases and restores: a payment awaiting approval, a payment that didn't go through, or a paid unlock this phone couldn't save is now explained as it is, never shown as unlocked or asking you to pay again
If restoring a backup fails partway, you're clearly told your data may be only partly replaced
Error messages are now in plain language

2026-10-01 · Photos move with you

Cloud sync and backup files now include profile and album photos, so they move with you to a new phone
If the cloud has a newer backup from another phone (e.g. after turning on sync on a new phone), sync pauses and lets you choose which copy to keep
Restoring now replaces everything with the backup, with no duplicate red envelope records; a failed restore leaves your data untouched
Fixed photos not showing after an app update
Fixed reminders not ringing on Android

2026-09-20 · Family, almanac and custom in one

Almanac tab: today's guidance, good and bad hours, clashes and the fetal-god position, a calendar, zodiac fortune and culture, so picking a day no longer needs another app

Chinese festivals and upcoming temple days; temple-day and festival reminders arrive a day ahead (Premium)
Family album: photos for every member (Premium)
Red envelope book: given and received kept apart, totals per person and who still owes a return gift, export as a table (Premium)
Name matching and baby-name suggestions: stroke-count grids, the five elements and zodiac preferences (Premium)
